Privacy Policy

Data we collect

• Account : email, hashed password, creation date.
• Licences : tier, expiry, usage counter, last-seen IP & user-agent.
• Payments : transaction ID, amount, currency, status (cards/crypto via Stripe / NOWPayments).
• Usage : timestamps, IP, browser, and the AI prompts you send (kept up to 30 days for abuse detection).

What we don't collect

• Your casino credentials (we never see them — they stay in the casino iframe)
• Bet amounts or game outcomes that aren't part of the AI prompt
• Real-name identification (KYC) — we don't ask for it

How we use it

To operate the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We never sell personal data and we never share it with third parties except :

• Stripe / NOWPayments (only payment data they need)
• Google (Gemini API) — anonymous prompts only, no account linkage
• Resend (transactional emails — your email address only)

Your rights (GDPR)

You can request access, correction, deletion or export of your data at any time. Email privacy@deckcopilot.com — we respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a single localStorage entry for your auth token. No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics that follow you. Period.
