1. Nature of the service

DeckCopilot is an AI-powered decision-support tool for live casino card games. It provides real-time strategy recommendations and bankroll management based on mathematical models. DeckCopilot does not guarantee any profit, win rate, or return on bets. Live casino games carry a permanent statistical house edge that no software can eliminate.

2. License grant

Upon purchase, you receive a single-user, non-transferable, time-limited licence to use DeckCopilot. Licences are tied to your account and may not be shared with other persons. Concurrent use from multiple distinct sessions may result in automatic suspension.

3. Acceptable use

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of DeckCopilot complies with :

The Terms of Service of any third-party casino or game provider you interact with.
The laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
The age and gambling-related restrictions applicable to you.

DeckCopilot is sold as software ; we are not responsible for casino-side account actions (suspension, fund seizure, ban) resulting from your use of any third-party service.

4. Immediate execution & right of withdrawal

By purchasing a licence, you explicitly request the immediate execution of the digital service and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal as permitted by Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and Directive 2011/83/EU. Once a licence key is delivered and/or activated, no refund is owed.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy for full terms. In short : no refund after a licence has been delivered or used.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to DeckCopilot in case of :

Abuse of the platform (key sharing, automated mass usage, etc.)
Fraudulent payment or chargeback
Use that violates these Terms or applicable law

Termination for abuse does not entitle you to a refund.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeckCopilot's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent licence purchase. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including gambling losses.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
