Bottom line
DeckCopilot is a digital service delivered instantly. By purchasing, you agree that the service starts immediately and you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU). Refunds are not available after a licence is delivered or activated.
When we DO refund
- Technical failure on our side preventing use of the bot for > 48 hours.
- Double charge due to a payment processor glitch.
- Failed delivery (you paid but the licence key never reached you).
When we DO NOT refund
- You bought the wrong tier — sorry, no exchange.
- You didn't read the product description and assumed profits.
- You lost money gambling — that's not our doing.
- Your casino banned you — that's between you and them.
- You changed your mind after activation.
How to request a refund
Email billing@deckcopilot.com with :
- Order ID / payment confirmation
- Reason for the request
- Screenshot of the issue if relevant
We respond within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will result in your account being permanently suspended and any active licences revoked. Please reach out — we're reasonable.
