Bottom line

DeckCopilot is a digital service delivered instantly. By purchasing, you agree that the service starts immediately and you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU). Refunds are not available after a licence is delivered or activated.

When we DO refund

  • Technical failure on our side preventing use of the bot for > 48 hours.
  • Double charge due to a payment processor glitch.
  • Failed delivery (you paid but the licence key never reached you).

When we DO NOT refund

  • You bought the wrong tier — sorry, no exchange.
  • You didn't read the product description and assumed profits.
  • You lost money gambling — that's not our doing.
  • Your casino banned you — that's between you and them.
  • You changed your mind after activation.

How to request a refund

Email billing@deckcopilot.com with :
  • Order ID / payment confirmation
  • Reason for the request
  • Screenshot of the issue if relevant

We respond within 5 business days.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will result in your account being permanently suspended and any active licences revoked. Please reach out — we're reasonable.
